Bix Ajans
A custom-designed website and a simple admin panel for a digital agency based in Mardin.

What we did
- Custom design
- Light and dark mode
- three.js 3D scenes
- Admin panel
- Forms
- SEO
- Domain move
A short home page that answers six questions.
Bix Ajans wanted the home page to work as a signpost: visitors read the answers to six questions in a row and can jump from each section to the page behind it. Who we are, what we do, what we offer, where we are, who we have worked with, and how to get in touch.
The list also asked for plenty of animation, a progress bar, a WhatsApp button and two separate forms: "Work with us" for businesses and "Let's work together" for internships and collaborations.
- Who are we?
- What do we do?
- What do we offer?
- Where are we?
- Who have we worked with?
- Contact
Two design rounds, ending in a light "campaign".
The first design used a dark background with lime accents. The Bix team felt it looked too much like their existing site, and they were right, so we started again.
In the second design the site behaves like an advertising campaign: an off-white background, poster typography, crossing ad bands, sections that open as chat bubbles and post-style cards. The brand colours, black and lime, stay. Visitors can switch to dark mode with one tap; the choice is remembered and the page never flashes on load.

Clay-like objects from the agency's world.
The home page opens with a phone, a heart, a megaphone, a chat bubble, a lens and the "x" from the logo, drawn with three.js. The objects settle into place, follow the cursor and drift apart as you scroll. The "Who we've worked with" section has a second phone whose screen cycles through their projects.
The 3D scene loads after the page and only runs while it is visible. Phones get fewer objects, and with reduced motion turned on it shows a single still frame.

As familiar as WordPress, only simpler.
The Bix team adds projects, services, packages and references from their own panel. It works comfortably on a phone, and uploaded photos are resized in the browser so the site stays fast.
The previous version of the content is saved before every change and can be restored with one click. New team members join through an invitation link.

Enquiries go straight to the panel and to email.
The old form opened the visitor's email app. On the new site both forms submit directly: each enquiry is stored under "Messages" in the panel and the Bix team gets an email notification. A hidden trap field and a sending limit filter out spam.
Old URLs kept, and a page for every service.
Every address from the old site was kept exactly as it was, so the search history would not be lost in the domain move. Each service got its own page so it can be found on its own. Pages are rendered on the server, search engines see the content without waiting, and the sitemap and structured data are in place.

bixajans.com moved to the new site, email stayed put.
We moved the domain to Cloudflare and kept the company email records as they were. The www and preview addresses now redirect to the main address, and the site is served over a secure connection.
The same care on a phone.

Bix Ajans is also a KMG partner agency: they can refer their own clients' website projects to KMG.
